Principal Consultant Helen Haydock has a Masters in Forensic Psychology. She has spent 16 years working across both community and forensic settings.
Helen has worked in prisons, childhood trauma services, schools, early education and universities. She brings this experience, and a commitment to preventing and addressing harm, to her training. Helen encourages robust discussion in the workshops, ensuring participants consider the information in the context of their roles. Her real life case examples make the training accessible and engaging for all.

Helen established Growing Futures to provide specialist training and support to organisations that work with children.
2016
We extended our support to provide training to organisations to implement the Victorian Child Safe Standards.
2022
We began providing support nationally as states and territories implemented recommendations from The Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse.
